Refund policy
As a small business, we don't currently offer returns or exchanges unless the incorrect product has been shipped or the product has arrived faulty. By shopping with us you agree to accept these terms.
Should you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please email us at: chinoclubuk@gmail.com with a clear picture of the damaged/incorrect product on arrival within 48 hours of receiving it.
In both instances, you will be entitled to your choice of a refund or exchange. a return shipping label will be provided to you to return the incorrect item to us. For faulty items this should be disposed of immediately.
